I would very much like to thank Kirsty and her team at McCalls - as I was really struggling to find the item and the size I needed in the timescale I required it for - (typical man, as I had wedding plans, fittings, etc. looming and I had left everything until the last minute! ). The ordering process was so easy and the fantastic customer service was 10 out of 10 with Kirsty replying to my correspondence instantly and making sure i had the ordered item. I found myself in a somewhat stressful situation of needing to source an item of sports clothing to match an existing team kit for a tournament in 3 days time. Fantastic customer service by McCalls. The overcoat I bought was a perfect fit and arrived early, delivery is by Royal Mail (tracked) The coat was packaged in a McCalls protective jacket cover which is a brilliant gesture.
